Warranty:

Most but not all merchandise comes with a manufacturer’s warranty.  For those items that include a warranty the duration of warranty varies depending on the manufacturer.

Any applicable warranty covers defects in manufacturing only (based upon the manufacturer’s inspection and sole determination) and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss, theft or neglect. Applicable warranties are valid only at the manufacturer.  Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than the manufacturer will void any otherwise applicable warranty.

Manufacturers disclaim any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this item, including merchantability or fitness.

Returns/Refunds & Shipping

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on most items, excluding books, electronics and other items. Please see specific item for additional information. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you may return them and we will refund your money (less shipping and handling) exluding books and provided the item is returned in new condition.  Please be  advised that there is a 20% restocking fee on any non-defective product returned to us.  For books, overstock returns for those products purchased returnable, are eligible for return but must be in print and saleable condition.  No cash refunds apply to books.  Book cartons weighing over 40 pounds are assessed a $2.00 per pound charge.  Please contact us with any questions at customerservice@cavington.com or (203)671-8883. 

All discrepancies must be reported to Cavington LLC within 3 days of taking receipt of product. All merchandise purchased from Cavington LLC is covered against manufacturer defects for a period of 14 days from date of delivery. If you have a problem with any product purchased from Cavington LLC within the 14 days, Please contact us via our "Contact Us" page. No returns accepted after 14 days. Product returned without a Return Authorization will not be credited. Please contact us at customerservice@cavington.com or (203)671-8883 to obtain an RMA #.

There is a 10% Administration Fee on all orders returned as Undeliverable, per the Freight Carrier, to the address provided us at time of order

Once an order has left our warehouse, the freight carrier assumes responsibilty of the package(s). If you receive an order with apparent damage, you must note this with the freight carrier at time of delivery. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit to it`s delivery destination. If USPS or UPS Insurance was used for shipment, we will file all insurance forms for you and forward any monies recovered.

If you receive a defective item, Cavington LLC will pay shipping charges for the
identical item to be reshipped to you upon return of the original defective item.
Original Freight Charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred in returning any product to us unless the item is defective. There is a 20% restock fee on any non-defective product returned to us. Please submit any cancellation via email to customerservice@cavington.com or call (203)671-8883.

Cavington LLC is not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments.
- Domestic packages are not considered lost until after 30 days.
- International shipments are not considered lost until after 45 days if applicable.

Prices listed do not include shipping. Shipping is estimated once you are in Check Out mode. Due to the various locations of our warehouses and points of origin, actual shipping and handling may be different than what is estimated at Check Out. Applicable taxes will also be billed. You will be contacted if actual shipping & handling exceeds the estimated shipping & handling charge by more than $10 US dollars.

Many products are available for shipment solely within the U.S. with some exceptions. Please inquire first when placing your order as to availability of international shipping.  Some items ship separately.
